![]() Monday, September 19, 2005 Not so pumped...bit deflated WOW what a weekend. Busy, busy, busy. Friday was a bit disappointed with only a 200g loss after all the hard work I had been doing, but at least it was a loss. Didn't do my normal free day kind of stuff. Had a small amount of baked beans on toast for breakfast (2.5pts). Picked up mum and the 3 of us did an hour walk around the Swan River in the city. Then went to the shops to make some payments on Christmas laybys. Had Subway for lunch, 6inch roast chicken (I even had tomato and cucumber, shock horror). Walked around the shops for 2 hours and then came home. Saturday took Bethany to dancing and then to the WIGGLES concert. She absolutely loved it, as did her mum. Her mum took 216 photos (thanks to digital camera). Unfortunately the good work from the previous day was undone when the mighty WEST COAST EAGLES got into the AFL grand final and some serious partying was done. Sunday went to visit the in-laws and persuaded everyone to have Subway for lunch (must be an addict now!) but got home so late that take-away was consumed for tea. So this morning am feeling slightly blah! and am totally expecting a gain this week. Am not totally sure as I have not done my mid-week weighin. Infact, quite unlike me, I have not been on the scales since Saturday. I think I am a bit too scared at what I might see. So am going to get back to action and do the best I can and just see what happens on Friday. Will have to be good again on Friday as we are off to the Perth Royal Show on Saturday. That involves a lot of walking which is good, but a lot of bad stuff to eat. At this stage, the plan is to take sandwiches for lunch, to avoid chips and stuff, but ever since I was a little girl, no matter if we didn't have much money for show bags and stuff, I always got a toffee apple, so don't know what might happen there.
