"I hate horizontal stripes!"

I have always said that to Peter whenever I was looking at tops in the shops. "They make me look fat and make my belly look bigger"

And guess what. I bought a top yesterday with horizontal stripes. It was also a size small. I had gone looking for a warm top as it is only going to be 14 today and all my jumpers are still wet, with all this yukky weather they are taking ages to dry.

So mum and I nicked to the shop to buy one to wear to work today. There weren't alot left as all the winter stock is being cleared out. But I saw this top and I said to mum "I'll give it a go" and I liked it. I also bought another top but that was cooler with 3/4 sleeves as they had a 2 for $20 clearance rack.

I'll get someone to take a photo and post it.

On the fruit front, all the prices have jumped significantly since last week. I have bought some apples and strawberries for now and will hit the markets tomorrow to get some cheap stuff. Had one of the apples on the way to work this morning and it was delish. Really crunchy and juicy. YUM!

Didn't manage a walk yesterday, which was disappointing. That's 2 days now. The weather is supposed to ease this arvo so should be able to get one today and it is supposed to be fine tomorrow, right through to next week, so that is good. Have continued my morning exercises though. In fact yesterday I was on my own (my boss, who is only 26 had a miscarrage on Monday, she was 11 weeks gone.) so every now and then I would stand up and do 10 squats at my desk. Managed to do 50 yesterday.
