Crashed the Wagon

I have been reading a few other blogs lately refering to falling of the wagon. Well I have totally crashed it.

Flashback to last week. Friday morning weighin and I had a 200g gain. Quite annoyed considering how hard I had tracked and exercised but at least it was small. That was then.

Saturday was the AFL grand final and couple of drinky drinks were consumed while watching. Then a couple more to comiserate the loss. Sunday we went to the Royal Show and I was quite good considering previous years. We took lunch of salad sandwiches. Taste tested a new sausage and a new flavoured milk, but only small samples. Did not purchase any showbags for myself (first time ever). However we did stay later then we had planned so had to purchase takeaway for dinner and there was also my traditional toffee apple.

Yesterday was our wedding anniversary. So Pete took me to Araluen, where we go married (the place with all the tulips mentioned in a prevous post) and bought morning tea with scones. Then he also took me out for dinner.

So not a good long weekend. Did my mid-week weighin this morning and lets just say that I am expecting a substancial gain this week. I mean I have to lose 2kg from today to have a 100g loss!

But we all have to relax every now and then or the stress would kill us. Am however feeling very motivated today after watching the new Biggest Loser last night. Wish I had access to a gym like them. I would use it at every available opportunity.

Have also just caught up on everyones journals. A big shout out to Paulene, who is doing absolutely awesome with her 12 week challenge. YOU ROCK GIRL!

Well just a short and sweet one today as I am at work at the moment. Just wanted to let you all know the state of play.

Until later
Bye
