On track

Well here I am, day 3 on track.

The last 2 days I have finished on 20 points or just under and had 2 x 30min walks. Yesterdays walk was particularly hard. I didn't go until 7pm as it was 37 yesterday with thunderstorms due in the evening. When I went it was still 29 and the air was really thick and humid. It was really hard to breathe but I still went and I did it in a better time than the day before. I was stoked.

I know tonights walk might be harder and I really pushed it last night and I think my muscles are in shock but I am going non the less.

I have already planned most of todays eating with a boiled egg and a piece of toast for breakfast, nice banana for morning tea and stir fry with boiled rice for tea. That should roughly work out to 10 points, leaving 10 for lunch, afternoon tea and dessert. Am pretty happy with that.

Well just a short and sweet one for today, just letting you know that I am determined to have some serious success, at least for the next couple of weeks anyhow(famous last words).
